At The Deli and Brew we want our customers to know that they get what they pay for. There is almost a half pound of meat on our small subs and close to a full pound on our large subs.
Each sub is made to order, the way you like it. You may have to wait a few minutes, but you will feel better knowing your sub or pizza is the way you want it.

Back in 1992, two brothers opened a sub shop and beverage center in Troy, New York called “Deli Express”. They sold a lot of beer and even more of their famous $.99 subs. Affordability and quality set them apart. A copyright dispute forced the brothers to rename the store the “Deli and Brew”.
In 1999, one of the Deli and Brew’s long-time beer salesmen, Ken Stulmaker took over the store. Since then, Ken has followed the ideals that made the Deli and Brew so popular to begin with.
Beer is an important part of the Deli and Brew but what really sets them apart are the gigantic subs and amazing pizza. Dough made daily, fresh rolls that are delivered 365 days a year, homemade sauce, double stuffed subs, mozzarella shredded 5-6 times a day, fresh vegetables sliced twice a day are all things you can expect from the Deli and Brew. Ken isn't concerned with profit, he’s obsessed with quality. That’s why your large sub has almost a pound of meat on it at an affordable price.
